Enhanced home type (Tana) has features  which include:

• Fully fitted wardrobe closets.
• Both lower and upper kitchen cabinets.
• 3 bedrooms with a master ensuite.
• Plinth areas are 62sqm and 91sqm for Tana 2 and Tana 3 apartment units respectively.

We have 3 types of payment plans;

1. Cash-Booking deposit, and the balance within 14 days.
2. Installments-Booking deposit, balance paid in 6 to 12 equal monthly instalments.
3. Mortgage-Booking deposit, balance from preferred financier.
